Hello!

I’m Matthew—the founder of VOS Solutions Inc. and lead instructor at the VOS Academy.

Volleyball has shaped much of my life. I’ve coached at nearly every level—13U to 18U, high school, and provincial teams—and served in roles ranging from tournament director to senior referee, scorer, line judge, scout, statistician, and private trainer.

Along the way, I’ve mentored athletes, coaches, and officials through the many layers of this sport. I’ve also been a player and captain at the high school, club, and post-secondary levels—winning team championships and individual awards in three different playing positions.

At VOS, I created the Academy and Blog to share what I’ve learned and help others succeed, whether that’s on the court, at the scorer’s table, or in the stands.
